A native of San Diego, California - David Marsh was a 20 year veteran of the video game industry as an artist and designer before switching his creative focus to photography and printmaking during the pandemic. He currently resides in Escondido, California.

My interest isn’t in broad strokes or ephemera, but cataloging the minute physical details inside a discrete slice of the world, whether it’s a large landscape or a bird’s feather.

Printing my images using historical, experimental and alternative processes allows me to create a print that retains a sense of physicality and invites the view to pause and take a closer look.
